I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Anand Institute of Higher Technology, Chennai, where I am dedicated to fostering critical thinking, literary analysis, and effective communication skills among students. With a passion for literature and language studies, I strive to create an engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
I hold a Ph.D. in English, which has equipped me with advanced research skills and a deep understanding of literary theory, linguistics, and cultural studies. My doctoral research focused on contemporary literary discourse, and I continue to explore interdisciplinary approaches in my academic work.
My research interests encompass a wide range of topics including contemporary literature, post-colonial studies, feminist literary criticism, and the intersection of language and identity. I am committed to contributing to scholarly discourse through publications, conference presentations, and collaborative research projects.
I believe in a student-centered approach to teaching that encourages active participation, critical inquiry, and creative expression. My goal is to inspire students to become independent thinkers and lifelong learners who appreciate the transformative power of literature and language.
